BOOK WRITING
Writing a BESTSELLER in 14 days
Book writing is something which is done by many people but success comes only to a few.
Most people at some time or other in their lives have dreamt of writing a bestselling book. It is easy to understand why, because even published works (which, for example, you would find in a library) have limited appeal.
You have to look at several or even many books before you find one which you are prepared to read. The books which you find in a library or bookshop are amongst the tiny number which must have been accepted by a publisher who in turn must have been approached successfully by an agent.
Obviously, there are many pitfalls, and before you even start writing a book, you should be clear about whom you expect to read it (your target audience.
Writing children's books has an obvious appeal now that JK Rowling, after a difficult start, has become one of the richest women in the World.
If you accept that the primary reason for writing a book is to make money, then it might make sense to take advice from someone who has made it his business to help people write bestselling books.
If it could also be done in as short a time as possible, this would be an obvious advantage, as you would make money very quickly and with the minimum amount of effort. You would then be free to get on with the next one!
